You are automatically a voting member of the Picton Business Improvement Area Association (BIAA) if you are an owner of a commercial property or business owner (tenant) in a commercial property (excluding bed & breakfast facilities) within the ward of Picton.

The bulk of our revenues are derived from a BIAA levy charged to commercial property owners within the ward of Picton; the levy is administered by the municipality in conjunction with property tax billings each September.

Every member is welcome to a copy of our Business Plan. Our overall objectives are to help revitalize and maintain a dynamic local neighborhood and to promote the area as a business or shopping destination.

The Picton BIAA is operated by a board of management and committees – member involvement is always needed to help us carry out projects and to meet our annual goals.
