Picton, the largest community in historic Prince Edward County, has long been known for its heritage charm, its architecturally significant old buildings, and its friendly small town atmosphere. Picton Business Improvement Area Association has a general mandate to improve, beautify and maintain municipal lands and buildings within the town of Picton beyond the beautification and maintenance provided by the municipality at large, and to promote the area as a business and shopping district.
